Shipping Policy

We are shipping worldwide with DHL EXPRESS.

We dispatch orders within 7-10 business days. Once processed you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information.
It may take up to 24 hours for the tracking information to be updated. Delivery takes 2 business days for Uae orders and 4 business days for international orders.

Please provide us a full address and contact number. Once the order is shipped we are no longer able to change the address or redirect the package.

Unfortunately, we are not responsible for packages that may become lost in transit. Locating the package is the recipient's responsibility.

Import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient and are collected at the time of delivery.

Please note that if your items are returned to us, you will be fully responsible for the reshipment cost.

We will, however, do everything in our power to assist you.
